Please allow up to 10 days for lasering of your product.  Not all colors are continuously stocked, please allow 5 extra days for production on out of stock colors.  When ordered colors are out of stock, you will be notified via email.

Set up fees are waived for laser ready artwork, which includes:

• Files larger than 300DPI
• Files submitted in either: .eps, .ai, .svg,
• Files submitted in: .pdf, or .jpg are subject to set up fees if they need clean up work.
• All files must be in black and white.

All submitted artwork will be reviewed and if found not laser ready, an email will be sent to discuss continuation of engraving with design fees (price is on a case by case basis).

Please allow up to 10 days to laser engrave your product.  Production time frame will vary depending on artwork submitted and availability of raw materials.

All artwork size is subjective to size of Crafters Tag.  Please see "Custom Logos" section for basic submission instructions.

Machine wash capable on delicate cycle.  Air Dry only.
