In stock tumblers will ship the in 3 business days.  Bulk orders of more than 48 tumblers will ship in 10 business days.  All custom photos will ship in 10 business days.

Set up fees are waived for laser ready artwork, which includes:

• Files larger than 300DPI
• Files submitted in either: .eps, .ai, .svg,
• Files submitted in: .pdf, or .jpg are subject to set up fees if they need clean up work.
• All files must be in black and white.

All submitted artwork will be reviewed and if found not laser ready, an email will be sent to discuss continuation of engraving with design fees (price is on a case by case basis).

For orders less than 48 tumblers, please allow 2 business days to laser engrave your tumblers.  For bulk orders over 48 tumblers, please allow 10 business days for production.

All artwork must be no bigger than 3.5" high.  Artwork for double sided or wrapped tumblers must not exceed 10.75" long for Tall 20 oz tumblers and 11" for Pilsners.

All tumblers are white with a Ora coating.

Bulk orders are based on 24 tumbler case.  For orders of 24 or more tumblers please email for cost.
